A Message to Family Law Courts From a Balanced Woman!

The reality is many women have been hurt and take out their frustration on worthy fathers. No one has ever denied the fact that women/ children are abused on a daily basis, but should EVERY father suffer? A father should be considered innocent until it can be proved that he is guilty. Nobody has the right to condemn and punish a father for something he has not done. There are thousands of children that grow up without having a wholesome relationship with their fathers because the court system decides mothers are better parents, which is simply NOT TRUE.

The reality is fathers’ joint custody equals LIMITED visitation with their children.

The reality is that HURT women make fathers pay out of pocket because their relationship with the father was not a success.

The reality is fathers have to care for TWO households while many mothers do not aspire to become gainfully employed, and innocent fathers are incarcerated because they cannot afford to care for two households.

The reality is many MOTHERS are collecting CHILD SUPPORT when other family members are raising the children and taking the place of a CAPABLE father.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 banned workplace discrimination not only on the basis of race, religion, and national origin, but on the basis of sex. Now it is time for a fathers’ rights movement here in the United States, the land of the free, and where the constitution speaks about individual rights. It is time for justice, so little boys and little girls can learn the roles of a father and husband. It is time for equal rights, so that a father can be looked upon as a human being that can care for his children and not be judged by his gender.
